The Red Tulip Project is the studio and living space designed by Junia H. Neiva. The space combines an open working painters studio and salon where light and space are central. The private living sanctuary offers grand views of lower Manhattan, delightful indoor and outdoor entertainment spaces and a private Zen garden retreat.
